Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • Next Day Delivery: Order by 2pm for next business day delivery

Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are:

  • Standard Delivery: £3.95 (free on orders over £75)
  • Express Delivery: £6.95
  • Next Day Delivery: £9.95

UK Mainland Delivery
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail or other reliable courier services.

International Delivery
We currently deliver to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by country. Please see our international delivery page for full details.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in your dispatch email.

Delivery Issues

Failed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
